Rachel Kurtz is a warm hearted, welcoming, educational massage therapist with a passion to provide individual care to each client. Rachel Kurtz graduated in 2025 with a diploma in Clinical Massage Therapy from Saint Paul College. Predominantly working with female- bodied folks, your massage gets to be what you need. Working together to find the best modalities to serve your body. You get to show up as you need. If you want to fall asleep or be quiet, please feel free to rest and take a pause from your normal life. If you want to talk and share experiences and wisdom together, you get to show up to your appointment fully embodied. Deep tissue, relaxation, basic lymphatic drainage (not post-surgical), scar release including caesarian and top surgery or mastectomy scarring, Graston, dynamic cupping, psoas release and parasympathetic nervous activation and coregulation. Our bodies are a series of compensations. Our brains work overtime to make sure we are safe. Sometimes we have to remind your body to release and rest. Kurtz is passionate about people, has spent a lifetime studying the human experience. We cannot go through life alone; we need community to walk alongside us. Massage therapy is powerful. It is an evidence based modality to bring relief to upper and lower cross syndrome, migraines, sore backs, perimenopause symptoms like frozen shoulder. If any condition is outside Rachel’s scope of practice she has a larger referral network!
