Service Description

I love a 90 minute massage. It gives me time to slowly go over your body settling into any areas of discomfort allowing time for release and rest. If we work more deep tissue, this gives us an opportunity to bring you back to a place of ease after working more deeply on "problem areas". I will also give you stretching or self care ideas to do at home to begin mindfully helping your own healing.
